About the Role
The Client Care Coordinator plays an essential role in guiding clients through their first consultation and ongoing treatment journey. This includes helping clients understand available services, preparing them for consultations, coordinating treatment plans with the clinical team, and supporting follow-up communication after appointments.
This role requires professionalism, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a calm, confident experience for clients who may be exploring aesthetic treatments for the first time. The right candidate will be comfortable balancing client care, clinic flow, administrative detail, and sales support in a refined medical aesthetics setting.
