About the Role
The Front Desk Administrator supports the day-to-day administrative and client-facing operations of the clinic. This includes welcoming clients, managing appointment bookings, answering inquiries, processing payments, supporting provider schedules, and helping maintain a polished reception environment.
This role requires strong organization, clear communication, discretion, and the ability to multitask without losing warmth or professionalism. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a refined, service-based setting where details matter and every client interaction contributes to the overall clinic experience.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with clients in person, by phone, and by email. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, keeping the front desk organized, and helping clients feel welcomed, informed, and at ease.
The ideal candidate has experience in reception, administration, hospitality, beauty, wellness, healthcare, medical aesthetics, or another client-service environment. A strong interest in skin health, beauty, wellness, and aesthetic medicine is an asset, along with a desire to grow within a collaborative clinic that values professionalism, community, and elevated client care.
